SKILLZY YOUNG SCHOLARS

ENROLLMENT AGREEMENT & POLICY ACCEPTANCE

Effective Date: June 2026

Welcome to Skillzy Young Scholars. Before accessing classes, educational resources, or the learning platform, students and parents/guardians must read and accept this Enrollment Agreement & Policy Acceptance.

By selecting "I Agree" and continuing to use our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set out below.

1. PARENT/GUARDIAN AUTHORIZATION

I confirm that I am the parent, legal guardian, or authorized representative of the student being enrolled and that I have the legal authority to provide consent on behalf of the student.

I confirm that all information provided during enrollment is accurate, complete, and current.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF SKILLZY POLICIES

I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to comply with the following Skillzy Young Scholars policies:

• Privacy Policy
• Terms & Conditions
• Refund & Cancellation Policy
• Child Safety & Protection Policy
• Cookie Policy

These policies form part of this Agreement and are incorporated by reference.

3. ONLINE EDUCATIONAL SERVICES

I understand that Skillzy Young Scholars provides live online educational services for students from Grade 1 through Grade 12.

I acknowledge that educational outcomes may vary and that Skillzy Young Scholars does not guarantee specific academic results, examination scores, admissions, scholarships, grades, or achievements.

4. CLASS PACKAGES

I understand that Skillzy Young Scholars provides educational services through prepaid class packages, including but not limited to:

• 25-Class Package
• 50-Class Package
• 100-Class Package

Class packages are non-transferable and subject to the policies of Skillzy Young Scholars.

5. FEES, PAYMENTS, AND REFUNDS

I understand and agree that:

• All payments are generally non-refundable.
• Refunds may only be considered for verified duplicate payments or payment processing errors.
• Classes cancelled by Skillzy Young Scholars will be rescheduled or credited back to the student's class balance.
• Refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. CLASS CANCELLATION AND ATTENDANCE

I understand and agree that:

• Classes cancelled at least two (2) hours before the scheduled class time will be credited back to the student's class balance.
• Classes missed without the required notice will be considered conducted and deducted from the student's purchased package.
• Students are responsible for attending scheduled classes on time.

7. TUTOR CHANGE POLICY

I understand that if the student is not satisfied with an assigned tutor, a tutor change may be requested.

I acknowledge that:

• One complimentary demo class will be provided with each newly assigned tutor.
• Demo classes provided for tutor evaluation will not be deducted from the student's class balance.
• Regular class deductions will begin only after the student confirms continuation with the selected tutor.
• Tutor changes do not qualify for refunds.
• Tutor assignments are subject to availability.

8. STUDENT CONDUCT

Students must:

• Treat tutors, staff, and fellow students with respect.
• Use appropriate language and behavior during classes.
• Follow classroom rules and tutor instructions.
• Refrain from bullying, harassment, discrimination, or disruptive conduct.

Skillzy Young Scholars reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these standards.

9. CLASS RECORDING CONSENT

I understand and consent to the recording of live classes for educational, academic review, quality assurance, training, safeguarding, and administrative purposes.

I acknowledge that recordings may include:

• Student audio
• Student video
• Student participation
• Educational discussions
• Shared learning materials

I understand that recordings may be securely stored and shared through approved educational systems, including Google Drive and other authorized learning platforms.

10. STUDENT PHOTOGRAPH CONSENT

I consent to the collection and use of the student's photograph during enrollment for identification, account creation, educational administration, and learning management purposes.

11. PRIVACY AND DATA PROCESSING

I understand that Skillzy Young Scholars collects, stores, and processes personal information necessary to provide educational services.

I consent to the collection and use of such information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

12. CHILD SAFETY COMMITMENT

I acknowledge Skillzy Young Scholars' commitment to providing a safe, respectful, and supportive educational environment.

I agree to immediately report any concerns regarding student safety, inappropriate conduct, harassment, bullying, or safeguarding issues.

13. TECHNOLOGY REQUIREMENTS

I understand that students are responsible for maintaining suitable internet access, devices, and learning environments necessary for participation in online classes.

Skillzy Young Scholars is not responsible for technical issues occurring on the student's side.

14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All educational materials, worksheets, presentations, recordings, assessments, and learning resources remain the property of Skillzy Young Scholars unless otherwise stated.

These materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, shared, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skillzy Young Scholars shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in its educational services.

16. AGREEMENT AND CONSENT

By selecting "I Agree", creating an account, enrolling a student, making payment, or accessing the Skillzy Young Scholars learning platform, I confirm that:

• I have read and understood this Enrollment Agreement & Policy Acceptance.
• I accept and agree to all Skillzy Young Scholars policies.
• I consent to the collection and processing of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
• I consent to class recordings and educational administration activities.
• I agree to comply with all rules, policies, and requirements governing participation in Skillzy Young Scholars programs.

16. ACCESS TO FULL POLICIES

This Enrollment Agreement & Policy Acceptance provides a summary of the key terms governing participation in Skillzy Young Scholars programs.

Parents, guardians, and students are encouraged to review the complete versions of all policies available on our website.
